Court visit at Mymensingh District and Sessions’ Judge Court
The Department of Law and Human Rights, University of Asia Pacific arranged a court visit at Mymensingh District and Sessions Judge Courts on 29th August, 2023 with a view to provide knowledge of court procedure in practical aspect to the students. Thirty two students of 4th year 1st semester of Honours program guided by two faculty members, Md. Abdur Rahim, Head of the Department and Ms. Farzana Akther Lecturer visited Mymensingh courts and observed the court procedure. They participated in a discussion on Civil and Criminal procedural matters which was presided over by Sabrina Ali, Additional Sessions Judge Courts of Mymensingh and learnt a lot about the informal court practices.
