Court visit at Mymensingh District and Sessions’ Judge Court

The Department of Law and Human Rights, University of Asia Pacific arranged a court visit at Mymensingh  District and Sessions Judge Courts on April 30, 2024 with a view to provide knowledge of court procedure in practical aspect to the students. Forty students of forth year 1st semester of Honours program guided by two faculty members visited Mymensingh courts and observed the court procedure. They participated in a discussion on Judicial system in Bangladesh which was presided over by Mr. Momimul Islam, Chief Judicial Magistrate at Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Mymensingh and learnt a lot about the informal court practices.
